Gamdom does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. Everything you enter stays on your device.
Gamdom is a private journal for recording your wine, coffee, tea and spirit tastings that runs entirely on your device. The pages that follow describe, in plain language, what the app does and does not do with the things you type into it.
None. There is no account system, and the app never asks for your name, email, or any identifier. We do not operate a server that could receive your data.
For the app to work, the following is kept in the operating system's local storage, on your phone, and nowhere else:
None of it is uploaded. Uninstalling the app removes every byte.
On Android the packaged app declares the INTERNET permission, but Gamdom makes no network requests of any kind — it never contacts a server and no data leaves your device through it. No other runtime permissions are requested: the app does not access your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or files.
Gamdom is fully offline. It does not connect to the internet, call any API, sync to any cloud, or use any remote service.
None. Gamdom integrates no analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs, and no third-party service that collects data. The app can open your device's standard share sheet when you choose to share a tasting or the app itself — in that case the operating system hands the content to the app you pick, and sharing only happens when you explicitly tap Share.
Gamdom does not collect any data from anyone, including children. Because it is a journal for beverages that include wine and spirits, it is intended for adults of legal drinking age.
Because all data lives only on your device and nothing is transmitted, you are always in full control. You can edit or delete any tasting from within the app at any time, and uninstalling the app permanently erases every record it stored.
If anything in this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be revised, and material changes will appear in the app's release notes.
